1996

The graduate engineers Ralph Leier and Michael Maurer founded ergo: elektronik GbR. In the Ulmer Technologiefabrik we carry out first electronic developments with three employees on about 50 m².

1999 

We move to Ulm-Söflingen and now have over 300m² of production space. ergo: elektronik presents itself as a competent partner for electronics development and production. With meanwhile five employees we offer analysis, consulting, development and realization of analog, digital and power electronics.

2004

We founded ergo: power GmbH & Co. KG: The electronic test equipment and test system construction, which emerged from the former AEG, ALSTOM and AREVA areas in Ulm (AEG team) in the Industriepark West (former AEG tube plant), is taken over. The department covers around 300 m² and draws on more than 30 years of experience in the development and manufacture of test systems. The core competences of this group are high-voltage applications, such as complex power supplies for electron tubes.

2004 

ergo: elektronik is certified according to
DIN EN ISO 9001.

2006  

ergo: power is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

2006

ergo: elektronik GbR changes its name to ergo: elektronik GmbH & Co. KG and moves to ergo: power in the Industriepark West. Together, the company area covers an area of around 1,000m².

2007  

ergo: elektronik invests in an SMD production line with SMD state-of-the-art placement machines, which are accommodated on an additional 300m².

2008  

ergo: power and ergo: elektronik merge to form the new ergo: elektronik. Our number of employees rises to approx. 30, the production area is now around 1,300m² and the turnover exceeds 4 million euros.

2010  

ergo: elektronik certified according to
DIN EN ISO 14001.  

2011  

ergo: elektronik celebrates its 15th anniversary this year.  

2012  

ergo: elektronik is certified as a trainer for the IPC A 610.  

2014  

ergo: elektronik is certified as a trainer for the IPC-J-STD-001 (CIT).  

2016  

ergo: elektronik celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.  

2018  

elektronik is a member of the Cluster Elektromobilität Süd-West and Clusters Brennstoffzelle BW.   

2021

ergo: elektronik celebrates its 25th anniversary this year and certifies itself for MAQMSR of the German Association for Certification.

2022

ergo: elektronik GmbH & Co. KG changes its name to ergo: elektronik GmbH.

ergo: elektronik welcomes you to the "Alte Röhrenwerk" (formerly Industriepark West): your competent partner for individual electronic solutions.
